Troy
State
App (and they could interchange with us in an instant because we have no way of knowing since Southern Miss pussed out)
ULM (I'm shaky on this but maybe they'll prove me right)
South Al (I think they will find their footing after the Texas State game)
ULL (Cajuns could very easily make a liar out of me)
GaSo
Coastal
GaState
Texas State (We really want you to be better. Really)

Because its reasonably possible that Nebraska was the 2nd best Sun Belt OOC victory last weekend. They are not very good...at all.

If anything, its worth keeping them 2 or 3 because they struggled in that game at different times.

Really? Tulsa who went 2-10 in the American last year might be a better win than Nebraska? Get real...

RE: Week 3 Power Ranking
1. App State (-) - Cancelled game. Remain in first.
2. Arkansas State (-) - Nice win on the road vs. an AAC team. Won despite being 2 point underdogs. These are the types of games we need to start collectively winning more often and seem to be finally.
3. Troy (+1) - First P5 win of the year in the Sun Belt. Clawed their way back into the top 3 after plummeting in my post week 1 rankings from their loss to Boise.
4. ULM (-1) - Kept it close for awhile but eventually blown out at A&M. Hard to tell if A&M if for real yet. USM win keeping them near the top.
5. Coastal (+3) - Coastal is this week's big mover up the rankings despite playing the weakest opponent. Lot of losses this week for the teams in the bottom 5.
6. Louisiana (-1) - Blown out pretty badly vs. a ranked P5 team.
7. Georgia Southern (-1) - Hard to gather much from this loss. Similar to A-State last week. Seem to be trending up but need to prove it come conference play.
8. Georgia State (-1) - Memphis looks pretty good this year. Still if there's one team in the league that looks to have headed the wrong direction from 2017 to 2018 it looks like GSU at this point.
9. South Alabama (+1) - Well they're in first place in the conference for a week. Still need to see more than just a 4th quarter comeback vs. lowly TXST.
10. Texas State (-1) - Managed to give up 18 unanswered in the 4th quarter to blow what would have been a decent conference win for a team that's been struggling for 3+ years. The struggle continues and the Bobcats are back into last place.

Tulsa and Nebraska probably aren't that far apart. Massey composite says:

89 Kansas
90 Nebraska
100 Tulsa

We will know In several weeks. We can re-visit this... as I said Nebraska could be a 3 win team or a 8 win team who knows. Colorado Their 1st loss is 3-0

Still Nebraska has way more talent than Tulsa and 90,000 fanatics at every home game.

RE: Week 3 Power Ranking
I heard somewhere that Nebraska was 7 points worse because they started a backup QB. I think it is great that Troy beat their ass. I don't think Nebraska is worth a ****. And I don't think stAte's win over Tulsa was more impressive. I do think Tulsa could hang with Nebraska with a backup QB, and is better than most think.

The Tulsa win is great too and Tulsa good be a better team possibly. It’s just a bigger win obviously over Nebraska and having to play in that environment.

People forget we went up 17-0 in Nebraska early in the 2nd. The week before we got 3 turnovers in the 1st quarter. Troy's aggressive play, regardless of opponent, is going to win them lots of games.
