A useful reminder that being “non-white”, female, daughter-of-immigrants who helped to banish Confederate flags from public display is still not enough to be spared the media’s wrath. These curtains aren't your typical window dressing. They are basically electromagnetic shielding encased in fabric to prevent electronic eavesdropping.

Very fake news and they have serious egg on their face. It was a self inflicted wound that was easily avoidable.

Now that we know it was Obama's administration that ordered the pricey curtains (over the objection of someone in the Obama admin, to at least give that guy credit for trying to curtail wasteful spending.)

By the way, we also learned that Haleys office is half the rent of her predecessor in the Obama administration, who held up at the Waldorf Astoria.

Yea, she needs lots of curtains so she can talk on the phone and to guests on official business. Look at all that glass. Got to put an EM Barrier there.
