FEDEX always brings them through the gate to the house and leaves them on the small table on the porch.

Surprised the butler didn't get them for you. Why didn't you leave express instructions with UPS to deliver to your neighbors, the Foley's, to drop them off there?

It works fine. I even have a cracked screen.

Some years when I send my money in, it goes to the wrong account. I know the routine now when that happens.

I figure it is what is it is and deal with it. The tickets aren't that expensive, so I figure you get what you pay for. I also understand the OP's frustrations.

I had the same problem. I called them and they merged my accounts into one. Might want to try and do the same.

I do every year, and I am told it's been done every year. It's not the end of the world. I appreciate you giving me the info though.

LMAO. This is a new one. It's more of a reflection on your staff. My man servant brought them into the house and placed them on my desk.

Your estate doesn't have a gatehouse with an attendant on staff to handle these matters? How proletarian.

RE: Is UC Marketing/Ticket Office the worst?
The whole UPS vs. FedEx thing always cracks me up. I've had customers over the years complain about all of the shipping carriers at some point...

"Why on Earth did you use FedEx? UPS is far more reliable."
"I can't believe your company is too cheap to use FedEx, as USPS has lost yet another package."
"Why didn't you tell me you don't use USPS? UPS won't deliver to my PO box."

All of the shipping services are fine 99% of the time, but all it takes is one bad experience or a crappy local driver to sour a customer's expectations. Folks don't realize that their problems are generally isolated and not indicative of the entire company.

I like the UPS guy that delivers all our packages. We talk UC sports all the time. He could not be better. Those big bags of dog food are not lite.

That pic is Romell after Gregory asked for $25. I can hear Romell now ... “Gregory I just dropped $460 on Hamilton!! Another $2,000 on a gold plated toilet! How dare you ask me for $25!”
