Absolutely. Sensible regulation of business is incumbent on the government to ensure that the public isn't harmed. Onerous over-regulation is a different story.

In that case you better define hate speech because that term is loose as hell. You also sure as hell be firm and decisive on EVERYONE. Pretty sure there are some libs on social media who have some pretty hateful speech...still active today. What’s the limit on times that they can post “hateful” stuff?
