I posted in this very thread that GT hasn't won a road game since Obama was in office. And I picked against them. Your blinders are at fault most of all.

TRUE. I guess I'm still having nightmares of when GT won in Blacksburg...

For those who were so critical of Dino Babers for pulling Dungey in the opening game, today shows why he was right to do that. DeVito learned a lot playing at game speed that day. With Dungey injured (again) they needed the freshman to step up and he did.

WMU made it a game for awhile because of that. Pull Dungey in the 4th... not late in the 2nd.

Was a good week for my picks

Yes, it was. Congratulations to 4X4hokies and Wilkie01, who tied for first in an abbreviated third week with 10 correct picks. You edged out Texan Mark who had 9, despite a forfeit for getting his Thursday night pick in after the deadline.

With that win, 4X4 moves into a share for the lead after Week 3 with Otacon with 30 wins, one ahead of copycat. Right on their heels are Kaplony, Ole Blue, Statefan and Wilkie01 who have been right 28 times. In all, there are 16 players on the leaderboard within five games of the lead. It's a long season, and it's still anybody's race to win.

I'll post the complete standings later in the day.

And I would've picked BC...oh well. At least I got my roof mostly done on Thursday.

Dude, I can't believe I correctly picked BC, Syracuse, Kansas and Texas and STILL blew it! I even swallowed my pride and picked UVA! Should've known better than to pick against Duke again, though (ugh!)

I'll post the slate for Week 4 later this afternoon. There will be a Thursday night game on the card, so don't procrastinate like TexanMark did this week. It could be the difference between 1 rep point and 3.

The way I m picking, I'm not sure missing a week has changed my spot in the rankings much.
