As expected, the #1 improvement.....(drumroll).....handrails.

It was needed. While I appreciate the idea of quicker, more affordable concessions, I hope can also get some branded concessions. I’d love to be able to grab a milos burger or some full moon Q during a time out.

Based upon the experience at Legion Field with the name brand pizza operation, when a company's brand name is involved they want their own prep equipment installed and operated by their company trained (and paid) employees. That means no all volunteer fund raising type of food operation which is common for both (Bartow Arena and Legion Field) locations now. The concession set up at the new BJCC stadium has not been mentioned.

Concessions at Bartow suck so, so very hard. I don't understand how the lines can be so slow considering there's only about 4 things you can order. And while refill stations sound good (they have that at the new dome in Atlanta), for the love of god, could we please switch back to Coca-Cola...

Highly unlikely since Buffalo Rock donates so much (as a company and CEO Jimmy Lee as an individual) and paid for the scoreboards in the arena.

It would also help speed up things if those behind the counter could count.

Weren't the handrails already installed before last season?

You don't need the cashiers handling food or drinks.
You need an upgraded card system for faster processing.
Those two things alone would speed things up considerably.

Having popcorn popped would be nice. I shouldn't see a surprised look on their face when I order popcorn.

You got that right. Employee training and picking folks to work there who are motivated to get things done, done right and done quickly. The main problem over the years has been that nobody seems to monitor their performance or else nobody gave a damn about customer service and satisfaction.

+1. When you get people to come to games the concessions are an embarrassment.

It is difficult to screw up nachos, but somehow we manage.

for all you high-rollers,

there is always the Green/Gold room add-on, you get full moon half the time, bags of chips and drinks for $500/season or whatever it it costs currently.

oh yeah you also get access to $5 domestic bottles and $8 mixed drinks.

no more standing in line for nachos, you can stand in line for one plate of full Moon.

Maybe a bag of Boiled Peanuts and or Roasted Peanuts. That sounds good.
