It's only fitting that the league will return to New York. That city played a major role in the ACC from its earliest days.

Unless the conference headquarters moves, I don't ever see Greensboro being removed entirely. Atlanta would be a good move as well.

I think this four city rotation is the best overall compromise. But only the future will tell for sure.

Agreed. It covers 4 major goals:
1. Make the NC4 happy by playing in Greensboro
2. Throw a bone to Clemson by playing in Charlotte, which is also a key city for the ACC in general
3. Take the big stage by playing in New York, and...
4. ...stick it to the Big Ten by playing in DC (and NYC)
