The person who is accused of taking Mollie’s life is no more a reflection of the Hispanic community as white supremacists are of all white people. To suggest otherwise is a lie. Justice in my America is blind. This person will receive a fair trial, as it should be. If convicted, he will face the consequences society has set. Beyond that, he deserves no more attention.

To the Hispanic community, my family stands with you and offers its heartfelt apology. That you’ve been beset by the circumstances of Mollie’s death is wrong. We treasure the contribution you bring to the American tapestry in all its color and melody.

The fact that you think you should tell that grieving father what he should think speaks volumes about what is wrong with the right-wing. Today’s right-wing represents some of the worst characteristics in human nature. Hopefully it won’t stay that way.

I think someone wishes the press would ignore this story.

No one has said this murderer is ‘indicative’ of Hispanic people. No one. So why the apology to Hispanics for something that hasn’t happened? Because liberalism IS a mental disorder. I agree with him. Some of the best people I know are legal immigrants from Hispanic countries. The family who won our town's best patriotic display is my neighbors just up the block. They immigrated here legally from Colombia. One of the best Paramedics I ever served with was a legal immigrant from Panama. The lady down the street who is an award winning Spanish teacher immigrated her legally from Costa Rica. Hispanic immigrants who come here legally are some of the biggest patriots I know.

Doesn't change the fact that illegal immigrants are all criminals. And guess what....the people I mentioned above all agree.

Agreed, I know lots of legal people, solid citizens. It is the trash that sneaks across that is the problem.

Who disagrees with that?

My Church growing up, we sponsored Nigerian, Somali, many, many Cambodian families and others. I've worked with, for and employed many many from the Hispanic community, hard working folk many of them, no doubt.

I think the distinction here is, we don't want the illegal aliens coming here.

Immigrants? Sure, at certain times and places we genuinely need them. And, they're offered entry.

Just not the illegal aliens. Is that fair?

Man, it has to suck to want so badly to score points off a tragedy and then no one takes the bait. Your mistake is assuming that we on the right are as petty as you on the left. You see, we just don't care about a persons skin color the way you guys do. At the end of the day we conclude that some illegal alien, by definition a criminal already, criminally murdered this young lady. We don't care what color he was or where he hailed from. We just want him punished. You on the left have to turn this into a sideshow to advance your sick twisted agenda of destroying America from within.

An illegal is an illegal and doesn't belong in this country. I'd feel the same way about this if the murderer was an illegal red-headed Irishman.
