Seems he's achieved all that rather quietly. Of course being on two, four win teams doesn't help. By and large, he's underappreciated by our fans maybe. The next few weeks could change all that if he keeps moving up in the record books.

Never would've imagined he was anywhere close to those numbers. Thanks for posting.

I agree. It's weird because I think he's been considered a bit of a disappointment (SMU win aside) the last few years for as talented as he seems to be. I feel like he's dropped at least his share of catchable balls many of which would have been big plays. Plus it's not like he's had a lot of high quality WR competition for completions although I guess you could say that cuts both ways.
Either way, hopefully the SMU game was the start of a killer homestretch to his career here at UC.

Yeah, i think the shadow of last season has been a long one. It was a disappointment.
That said, it was considered such a big disappointment because he had been so good the year prior. He was putting in good work up until last year....which was when it was assumed he would take the next step in his career at UC.
The SMU game is what we were hoping to see more of last year, and especially this year.

RE: Kahlil Lewis
I forgot how widely recruited he was. He had offers from Ohio State, Nebraska, Miami, Pitt, and others. Made official visits to West Virginia, Louisville, and UCF. Now that he's performing at a high level, hopefully NFL teams see his talent so we can see him playing on Sundays next year.

He was a WVU verbal and flipped on signing day as I recall.
I think his tenure he is overshadowed by the dynamic offenses some of the WR's we've had the past 15 years+. We have been pretty spoiled by the likes of LaDarius Vann, Tye Keith, Jon Olinger, Marcus Barnett, Dominic Goodman, Mardy Gilyard, Armon Binns, Chris Moore, Shaq Washington and others.

RE: Kahlil Lewis
Good numbers. Was he the one who dropped the open TD pass against Michigan last year?
