How far will #10 Penn State drop?
IMO we will again see the advantages that the P5 have over the non P5. When they almost lose a game in OT to a #54 ranked team, most likely they will not drop more than 4 spots. If the same thing happened to... lets say to UCF ranked currently as high as 21...we would drop 15 spots. Some of the articles I have read state that Penn State has just too much talent to affect their current ranking. Just another reason will need a true playoff system.

You should of heard the announcer during the Memphis and Mercer game pimping the P5. Telling kids to go there to compete for a playoff spot. In the end it’s only 4 spots with pretty much the same 4 every year.

I believe he was a Penn State player. Heard more about Michigan and Penn State than our game. He even cried about us going for it in the 1st half. Something about running the score up

The Penn State game is a great example of why I hate OT. Artie would have been a win for App State and just like a loss for perv State.

App was 39th in coaches poll.

PSU stays at 10.

App gets a few more votes.

Original post still true the bias is very real.
