College Fantasy Team Advice
Went with several CUSA players and looking for expert insider information on how these guys are looking going into the season. Fire away!

Ty Lee - MTSU WR
Harrison Bryant - FAU TE
Nic Smith - NT RB
Jeremy Cox - ODU RB
Teddy Veal - LT WR

Also, Stockstill is still available on waivers and my starting QB is suspended the first game this season. How's he looking during fall camp?

RE: College Fantasy Team Advice
It was just announced that Cox has a lingering ankle sprain so he won't start on Saturday but depending on how it looks this week and probably how the game goes Saturday he'll still get some carries. It doesn't seem serious but coach would probably like to rest him for the FIU game if he can. Kesean Strong will get the start Saturday and will likely be the #2 RB for the Monarchs. Strong has done well in camp, if he carries that onto the field he'll get plenty of touches and we'll try to set up a 1-2 punch with both backs. I think Cox will have a big year but we have good depth at that position so he won't carry the load by himself. On the other hand Wilder has said we're going to work hard to establish the running game in our attack so there should be plenty of touches for both. I've never done fantasy so I don't know if it's total yards you're looking at or yards per carry.

My league is just like a standard NFL fantasy league, 1 point for every 10 rushing/receiving yards, 1 point for every 25 passing yards, and 6 points for every passing, rushing, and receiving TD.

Gotcha, well he had roughly 800 yards last year in 9 games before being injured (620 rush/180 pass). He should play a bigger role this year with Lawry gone but like I said, they plan on using multiple RB's as we did last year. If he stays healthy, he should have a big year.

Well if you ask SMU fans, Fine is gonna be sacked 10 times and throw 6 INT's.
If you ask me, I think he'll throw for 300+ and a least a couple TD's

Yes I didn't think SMU is stout on defense, what did he do against them last season?

If you have a choice, you may not want to play Cox this week. He is nursing a sprained ankle and may see limited or no time this week. Right now Strong is slated as the starter against Liberty.

if your league uses a kicker I'd suggest using USM's Parker Shaunfield

Congrats on getting Eskupa. If he averages even half what he did last week you will be in good shape! Even though we’re 3TD underdogs this week I have a hunch he’ll still have a solid game.

Looks like they are going to run him a lot in that offense, so was my first waiver wire pickup..

The question is whether or not he can stand the pounding. I think he can.

North Texas folks, who is going to end up getting the bulk of the snaps at running back? Nic Smith or the other running back?

Shaun field was good on all 7 XP to go along with 2-2 FG of 29 and 46 so if you had him he was good for 14 points in traditional scoring leagues. Granted he won’t do that great every week but should be good for 5-10 points per week depending on the opponent.
