I still think we have a lot of work to do, and like everyone else I was thinking 6-6 was likely. I am going to enjoy these 2 weeks we will be ranked and be excited for a game against Temple that once looked like a likely loss, and now seems very winnable if we play our game.

Nice to be recognized for the job done to date, but the hardest games lie ahead. Need to use the bye week to get ready for the final push.
I love it because it gets us pub and that is good for recruiting. That said do I think only 24 teams are better? In all honesty not at this time but I hope the hell I am wrong and we are 9-0 when USF comes to town.

USF @ Tulsa at 7 on ESPN

USF has look beatable but not by Tulsa. We want them undefeated v undefeated UC on 11/10 at NIP when we go 10-0

Yeah I have not been very impressed with USF thus far. Everyone in the conference besides Tulsa should be rooting for them tonight.

Game started at 6 pm CST

Almost no one in the stands. Tulsa does not belong in the American.

USF looks bad. And I can’t root for them, even though I should.

Glad I’m not the only one seeing this USF team looking mediocre.

Our front 7 should have a field day with their offensive line. Barnett does not look comfortable in the pocket and when he has time his throws are off. Defense seems somewhat formidable but look like we did last year trying to tackle. Tulsa is not good and they’re hanging well with USF.

Also what benefit does Tulsa provide the AAC? Are they good at Olympics sports? Football, basketball, media market are all not good.

Not a good look, Bulls. Down 3 - 10 at halftime to a Tulsa team that has only won a single game so far.

Anybody rooting against the Bulls is crazy. This isn't the SEC where we have the luxury of rooting against certain conference teams. We need our best to look good because that's all anyone will care about. How huge is would it be to beat a top 15 team at home. Go Bulls!

USF has better chance at being a four loss team at the end of the year than they have being a top 15 team.

If this is the real USF, we should be able to cream them... but I'd like for them to still be ranked by that time. GET IT TOGETHER, BULLS!

Ugly win but our conference didnt need #23 USF to lose at Tulsa. Bulls survive to fight another day.

That's a relief for our schedule. We have to beat these guys when they come to Nippert. If USF can find a way to beat UConn, UH, and Tulane, then we could give them their first loss of the year... I'm not sure if they can make it that far undefeated, though.

Woo thank goodness they won. Was exciting down the end of the game though. I don’t think they’ll have a problem with UConn or Tulane but it wouldn’t be horrible for conference if Houston beats them. USF should be able to fix their defensive issues they had in this game. As other said their Oline is not good.

They will beat UConn. Now Temple and UH?

They beat IL and GT neither of which is that good.

? UH may very well be ranked later this year. They smacked Arizona and their only loss is to Texas Tech.

Edit: woops. Nevermind, read your post again. I agree. I think I'd actually prefer USF to lose to UH and then have both teams keep winning. 4 ranked teams going into championship week would be huge.
