Press conference was a complete joke, was Urban drunk? Then to make matters worse the softball questions from press were embarrassing, seriously asking him how his football team is going to handle him missing 3 games? That was your question? Meanwhile the victim's name was not even mentioned once and when it was Urban gave the worse answer humanly possible. I really hope this blows up even more and Ohio St. comes to their senses, we all know that will not happen however due to money and football....

Seriously Jack? He had texts from his freaking wife showing pics of the victim yet still turned a blind eye and did nothing when could have simply fired the guy back in 2012. YOu seriously think his wife would not tell him something like that? When asked about the texts, he again looks guilty as hell with basically lying out his ass....He is compulsive liar who also hid Aaron Hernandez, he is a disgusting human being period....

Didn't ND not hire him for HC job a while back because of the type of players he recruited and his style? I heard this from somewhere, but not sure if reliable.

You don't pay coaches $5M+ a year, expect them to win every game, and not have morals get tossed aside. These coaches are a product of the system. Looking at the trend and how the NCAA handles things, it will only get worse.

No way Buckeyes Board was gonna take any action preventing Urban from coaching against Penn State; or any of the B10 Big Dogs. If he'd been a marginal HC or even a winning coach at a non-cartel school he'd be gone.

If this happened at WKU, we would lose scholarships, assistant coaching positions would be taken, probation for 2 years, etc...Just think what kind of blackmail this Zach Smith guy has on Urban Liar?...

How did the AD Gene Smith survive this? He was involved with the last scandal they had.

Probably one of the reasons he was suspended instead of being fired was the domino effect it would've caused in that the AD and ultimately the school president would've eventually lost their jobs as well. So the university did a "save face" to save the university the embarrassment of having to fire everyone.

Had this happened to one of our schools, the coach would disappear into a vortex and deemed untouchable in perpetuity.
