Dem Rep Jokes It Would Be a 'Catastrophe' For Someone to Save a Drowning Trump
Quote:While speaking at a Democratic rally in Sunrise, Florida, Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fla.) retold a joke about the difference between a crisis and a catastrophe that involved President Donald Trump.

According to Hastings, the joke was told by Ari Silver, the son of former Florida state legislator and rabbi, Barry Silver, while in Palm Beach County.

β€œ'Do you know the difference between a crisis and a catastrophe?' and no held their hands so Ari answered for us,” Hastings recalled. β€œHe says, 'A crisis is if Donald Trump falls into the Potomac River and can't swim,' and he says, 'A catastrophe is anybody who saves his a**.'”

The crowd then roared with laughter.

hilarious, but also inappropriate for someone of that power to say that. But trump says crazy rude stuff all the time so who cares right? but again not ok.

It's true ol' Donald does say some stupid stuff but I have yet to hear him say he wishes someone dies. I might be wrong though. JMHO
