Kaylee Martin, first-team all-MAC last year as a freshman, has transferred to Illinois State. She will be msised.

Bought volleyball season tickets for the first time. Looking forward to getting to many matches this season.

Busy time in DeKalb this weekend. There is the Corn Fest, NIU Volleyball, NIU Football season ticket holder kick-off event and the high school football triple header at Huskie Stadium.

It seems like we have lost more than one star player under Gooden, anybody know why that is?

I have no information regarding the volleyball program, but, keep in mind, this is his 17th season as coach. A lot happens over that many years.

Volleyball, like basketball, seems to have outside voices in players ears telling them things will be better elsewhere.
