I don’t watch the NFL at all...
But used the google for about 90 seconds to find that the answer is yes (also found the answers to your other questions)

Yeah, he's with the Texans. I believe he's wearing #5

Had a great game against the 49ers last night. Took all the snaps in the second half and led them to a win with a 41 yard TD pass with less than 30 seconds left.

I doubt he makes the squad though. As usual, it will require a team to keep three QBs for him to stay on. I feel like he's a better backup option than Brandon Weeden, but I don't know that anyone has the guts to make that decision. He may be one of the best preseason NFL QBs in history...lol

Joe plays Quarterback, WR, and Special teams. Joe gives teams a veteran in the Locker room and space on the roster.

Panthers kept him for a while basically just to play special teams and serve as the team's #3 QB and 5th WR.

He has been the Texans leading rusher in the last two preseason games. He was also the leading passer in the last game, where he threw a 41yd TD in the final seconds to defeat the 49ers.
I would be incredibly surprised if he doesn't make it onto the roster.

GOOGLE is fine when you are the only one who wants to know. If you want to spur conversation about a favorite player, it's not so good.
My timing for asking about Joe could not have worked out better considering his game against the 49ers that followed it. Joe apparently will never be a million $$ franchise player, but he has already had a longer career than the average player which is about 2.5 - 3 years.

Maybe I’m just being negative about his chances. I personally think he’s more than good enough to make a roster and get regular playing time. I think he should be someone’s #2 QB. I was devastated when my Carolina Panthers decided to keep Derek Anderson as the backup and get rid of Joe.

pat yourself on the back for dumb luck.
if that is your actual goal, perhaps you should find the information and post it.

teenagers have more information at the tips of their fingers than any generation in history. it takes them seconds to find out what previously required a trip to the library. YET...they would rather get on social media and ask questions than to find the answers themselves...and its maddening.

apparently this same phenomenon also applies to septuagenarians
(and the average career length for an NFL player is 3.3 years)

Joe Webb is Doug Flutie-esque.
He is so different that teams don't know how to best use him at times.
Regardless, he has been in the league for several years & hopefully will stay in it for a few more.

And it's weird. There have been so many great runners to play QB in the NFL before Joe and since his arrival.

Randall Cunningham, Steve Young, Kordell Stewart, John Elway, Fran Tarkington, Cam Newton, Tyrod Taylor, EJ Manuel, Marcus Mariota, etc.

Did you really list EJ Manuel as a great running NFL qb? He has less than 300 career rushing yards.
