The Army is down one
My father died this morning at age 94. When he was a youthful 90 or 91, he insisted on going with us to the annual Army game. Chasse was kind enough to send around one of his Assistant ADs to greet Daddy personally. It was a big deal to him, and a kindness I will long remember.

Our condolences Pappy. I remember seeing him at that game with the army and thinking what a blessing to see all the generations of family enjoying an event together. Priceless memories! God Bless!

Thank you folks for your kind expressions.

"Army" is about right. 22 grandchildren. 41 great-grandchildren. Essentially all of them will be at the funeral, so it is going to be "cozy' in that building.

My sincere condolences to your entire family Pappy. Never met you dad, but he certainly turned out good stock. Acorns don’t fall far from a tree.
