Ramsey will be announcing his decision Thursday morning at 10 am CST. Between us, Texas Tech and Louisville.

Long shot, IMO...

We have a better shot at Ramsey than Boogie. It could be a big surprise in the morning with Ramsey. Memphis a much better program and legit chance at F4 in 2020.

You got to remeber, we don’t have that many schollys this give.

Why does everyone say TT is a lock for Ramsey because its the home town? I juat looked on a map and Lubbock Tx is like 5 hours away from Duncanville. Memphis is 7 hours away.

I would say Zhaire Smith might be TT best selling point. I dont ses how the location is a big deal.

If anything, location should be a huge negative. Lubbock is literally in the middle of nowhere in west Texas...

I wish him well regardless of his choice, but I cannot fathom a young man choosing to play for TTU and living in Lubbock over Memphis.

Agreed. I find it extremely strange and confusing when adults bash 16-18 year old kids for their choice in college. No chance in hell I am choosing Lubbock over Memphis, but at the end of the day he has to decide what is best for his future.

He my be ready to commit and Memphis might not be ready to except it at the moment. We are limited on how many we can except. I think we have 5 schollys available at the moment with 3 already taken. That leaves 2. We may end up with another scholly or 2, but for now we only have 2 left.

If you have a chance to get a top 50 player to commit you take it and let the scholarship numbers figure themselves out later.

With his announcement coming at anytime now you would think that if it were anything but Texas Tech 100% you would see some changes in the crystal balll predictions. No changes, still 100% Texas Tech. So I'm going to go out on a limb myself and say Texas Tech

If Dandridge, Wiseman, Watford, Thomas are all on board next year I dont see Enoh sticking around. JA Hardaway can walk on.

Lomax, Harris, Jones, Boyce, Wingett, Thomas, Maurice

I think they will sign six including Jeffries and Dandridge.
