Only one "downside" to all of this: people like myself are working way too many hours. Very taxing. Still, it always beats the alternative.

Thank you so much for the kind words, but it isn't that easy - I have obligations and responsibilities to my co-workers that I need to fulfill.

In addition, there is a lot of things that I need to better myself at before I can even think of moving on. At least where I work now, I have full autonomy to do things the way I want to in regards to what I engineer.

My old job, I had the owners idiot drunkard son telling me what to do. It was like a goldfish telling a brain surgeon how to operate.
