The Bird Scooters are available in downtown Cincinnati.
City Council went nuts when the bird scooters showed up...because they didn't ask (beg) permission from City Council before setting up.
City Council I'm sure wanted their cut (err taxes, permits, etc.)

Council recently ruled the scooter may not run on sidewalks. You have to be 14 to use them and must wear a helmet and follow all traffic laws.)
