I find it interesting that you hear all this talk about how much money the major conferences are making off of Football and Basketball contracts yet they can't spare some of it for a fairly significant non revenue generating sport like soccer. However, schools with much smaller athletic budgets are willing to give the opportunity to experience college athletics to a broader range of athletes. I realize there is not as much scholarship money to absorb with non revenue sports but there are travel, lodging and training expenses involved.

New Mexico of the Mountain West conference also plays in C-USA. BTW, we play New Mexico tomorrow at 4:30 in Charlotte on ESPN+ in the start of the C-USA soccer tournament.

New Mexico men's soccer is one of four sports to be dropped for budget reasons. This is their final season.

Yep two goals one at the 43rd minute and one with 10 seconds left on the clock for the half time break. The first and second goals scored against Charlotte at home this season. Ain't that something.
