Geez, and you guys give MTSU grief over being named "Middle" Tennessee. Maybe UCF can become University of "Middle" Florida and USF can be University of "Southwest Central" Florida. Or, like our cousins, the former West Tennessee Normal School, now called Memphis; maybe USF could appropriate the Name "Tampa" and UCF can be DisneyWorld?
So what. UT used to be know as Blount College once upon a time. Then, East Tennessee College. Names change if the reason is good enough.
