You might be Mensa- who cares? I took the GMAT also, scored average. Doesn't give you common sense.
You can say AAC can compete with P5 with salaries, but that doesnt change the fact that tons of AAC coaches have left for P5 jobs.... for guess what? Substantially More Money.
That's reality, multiple AAC coaches are leaving AAC schools for P5 Schools for substantially more money, lot more perks and bonuses regardless of what you think their intentions are.
The AAC can't compete with P5 schools money just like CUSA, those are the facts and reality
"substantially more money" you are missing the point, no one signs a contract extension and then leaves...they leave on their last contract
major applewhite at houston gets 1.5mil now..if for some reason he wins next season andhe decides to leave for 3mil to a p5, you cant say the substantial raise is why he left, as houston would match the 3mil for a proven coaches easily .. it wasnt the raise that made him leave
look at the aac in basketball...tulsa TOOK Missouri's head coach...vtech top assistant coach just left to ECU for the same position.. UCONN had numerous p5 coaches interviewing for their opening.
football is the only sport we practically have no shot a title, the only sport we cant keep a coach but that's a coincidence to you?...
no coach dreams of NY6 bowls.. they all want to win championships, no one gets into coaching without ambitions of a title....

Yeah it's a misspelling of the word to boot. The word is "come". I guess that was the evolution of the spelling from people typing it on searches one handed though.
edit: obviously the latin as is used here is correctly spelled. I was talking about the obscene usage

If they had stopped at 9 (not adding Tulane, East Carolina, or Tulsa), they may have had a stronger P6 argument.
The private schools really do hurt them athletically. Temple and Navy can pull their weight, but the other three are a drag. They made a big mistake adding them. They should have grabbed Louisiana Tech and Southern Mississippi.
Temple and Navy are both public.

also i hate how you only try to logcial or reasonable when it benefits la-yech/c-usa afte that you just start pouring out illogical, blind biased statements
95% of the bowls between the AAC and c-usa there is huge disparity in standings....you are using 1 outlier as prove..which makes no sense ..
you then try to hype up your navy win excluding the game situations... i honestly dont mind homers who only see there perspective.. my issue with you is you like to call people out as illogical A LOT, when you are the same way..that's hypocritical to me
Do you use the same excuse for our bowl win last year against the AAC too? I don't where we were in CUSA last season but it surely wasn't anywhere near top 2 and SMU was flat out terrible

You would think people would have figured it out by now but the AAC money is not going to go up in a new contract. It will be down. You get some alimony when the previous members leave but that money is temporary and you eventually will get paid based on your worth in the market.
Start making plans now for the coming loss of revenue like Tulsa is doing. Find other revenue sources and budget accordingly.
