Regardless of how these last few precincts shake out, a district that went for Trump by 9 pts. is split 50/50 right now for Congress. GOP candidate had plenty of money. No scandals that I heard about. Dem nominee is solid but hardly spectacular.

Bottom line, the Dems are still super-juiced to turn out for everything no matter what. GOP has 3 months to tap into that kind of energy — or else say hello to Speaker Pelosi.
