Some kids don’t have firm scholarship offers and are told to look elsewhere after they ‘commit’.
I agree that while interesting it is just another something to do.

Yeah, I expect it isn't too uncommon for a kid to recommit to same team. Especially if the committed early in the process. They end up having a great sr season and start getting some 'better' calls and then open it up again, but in some cases those calls never turn in to offers.

247 doesn't list him as a current commit or a decommit, on the Charlotte team page. That's where I'm pulling my info from. I do see on the player page where they noted he committed to Charlotte on 8/30.

Same here. ODU DT Miles Fox is grad transferring to Wake Forest.

Our quarterback who played against UNT, Bryce Rivers, has transferred out of UTSA.

Okay, I added Jared Wheatley to the Charlotte decommit list. He isn't listed as a decommit for Charlotte, but if I go directly to his page I see where he was committed to Charlotte at one time.

This will show up next week when I respost next week.

If this info interests people, I'll do a better job next year. I started out doing the bare minimum to gauge interest. Someone had a good idea to add CUSA commits that had been committed to another conference team prior.

Transfers out of programs due to the new redshirt rules will be an interesting metric to track and I suspect they'll be some good sites that pop up that track that info that we can pull data from. But, at this time, it would be too cumbersome to keep track of that. USM alone has had multiple transfers during the course of this season alone and there is no good way to access that info.

Graduate transfers. Since this doesn't necessarily align with the recruiting schedule, I'd like to keep this separate. Here are a link.
