OT - 2019 Princeton Review Rankings
The Princeton Review has ranked Rice University 1st for "Lots of Race/Class Interaction," endfor "Best Quality of Life," and 3rd for "Best College Newspaper" in its "The Best 384 Colleges" released today.

Does Rice rank lower than No. 18 in measures of quality of education and instruction, or does the Princeton Review no longer consider those important?

I believe Princeton Review has always been in the more niche market for ratings and not focused on overall academics (likely because US News is so prevalent).
