RE: Cost of Attendance: Article
Since some have informed me that this article is behind a pay wall and they can't read it, here is the break down of known COA per athlete at G5 universities in Texas.

2017-18

Houston $5,508
North Texas $4,418
Texas State $3,450
UTEP $3,382
SMU $2,676
UTSA $2,512
Rice NA

If you know the COA at your C-USA program, please add it to the thread. I think it will be interesting to track this expense over the next few years.

These are the numbers from 2015-2016 for all conferences.

FIU/FAU is still in the $6k+ range I believe.

Houston got a nice bump up by $1k, big city cost of living inflation or just low-balled initial COA?

Thanks for posting this. I hope CBS Sports posts updated numbers for the 2017-18 season.

Just from comparing the numbers from the article to these, it seems like most COA funding has gone up at most universities.

I don’t think cost of living has anything to do with it,

University of Houston is in very low socioeconomic area of Houston while SMU is in one of richest areas in Texas/country Highland Park
