I know it would further separate the G5 from the P5, but it doesn't do us much good to pretend that hasn't happened anyway. So with that in mind, I would like to see the rule change that a player can transfer from a P5 to a G5 without sitting a year. There are a lot of good players transferring to FCS that could play and contribute at the G5 level, just because they don't want to sit.

What is the limit on travel, how many players travel with the team?

The travel roster limit for conference games is 70. See article JJ in the football regulations for CUSA;

I agree, players should be able to transfer to G5 without sitting a year.
