RE: UAB Football Completes Day Four of Fall Camp
This gets me super pumped. It was really frustrating last year when we would run the same draw to Spencer Brown 3 times in a row with 9 in the box. I mean, it worked sometimes but it's not sustainable. If we can get a better mix our offense should be pretty much unstoppable in conference play.
Defense should be interesting to play out. I feel like we had a not so great pass rush last year but had incredible CB play so it wasn't as glaring.

To put things into perspective, last August UAB had 22 starting positions for which we had our fingers crossed to some extent. This year we should have many fewer such unknowns since we had a season's experience to build upon. Each season from now on will probably have fewer and fewer such unknowns, but they can never completely be eliminated (graduations, injuries, transfers, etc) - just minimized. From what I have seen in FBHC Clark's recruiting acumen, I believe we will see an NFL draft choice from UAB in the near future.
