Think, children, of how great those days were when we actually won a bowl game and the expectations were that we would actually win! And - think of it, kids - the players actually wanted to be at the bowl and were thrilled and honored to be selected. But, children, this only happens in fairy tales now. How sad, indeed. Don't cry now, children! Remember, there are always VHS tapes of those good old days. The end.

+1. Our bowl victories are over Troy, Arkansas state and Fresno. Our losses are TCU, USF, FSU, Utah st, Marshall, Boise, Duke. One bad loss in there is Louisiana tech in 08.

The price of success I guess. Stay small and play conf.USA or sunbelt teams in bowls and win more. Or step up and try to get occasional wins vs bigger and better programs.

Not just losing but how they've lost. Boise was probably the worst football game I've ever seen us play. Boise was playing against air. Utah State should have been a win, and Duke and Marshall should have been close games at least. In the early regular season I think we would have managed it - but we never seem to be prepared for bowl games.

We lost that one because Ryan Graham was playing...and sorry folks...he is the worst QB i've ever seen in Red and Black
