Think they are charging him with fraud now. Anyone changing their birth certificate from what they in reality are is doing so fraudulently. This guy is one of the few doing so for an legitimate reason. And one of the few not lying to himself and everyone else.

If I identify as a different gender for whatever reason why is it up to anyone else to determine my motive?

And why is one motive acceptable while another is not?

What is the difference -- to YOU -- if I identify as a specific gender for personal reasons vs any other reason?

Does my preferred gender impact my ability to be considered for admission to a university? What about which bathroom I choose to use? What about which sports I choose to play? What about government assistance?

And while we're on this subject... if I can choose to identify as a specific gender different than the one assigned to me per DNA, then should I not be able to identify as any race I choose? If not, why?
