He did have MTSU at 8-4, and UAB winning the West, so I think he's the winner!

It's funny to see how much group think go into these preseason vibes.

Thanks. Funny how I preformed so poorly in the weekly pickem contest.

I totally underestimated how important Briles was to FAU's success last season. Kiffin clearly isn't the great genius many believed he was last year.

Nah, it's just the OL. If you don't get any blocking up front, you won't win many games. I had mentioned it throughout the pre-season but I thought we could get over that. Boy was I wrong.

to play devils advocate, because i really don't want to smack or be a dick, but what made this years OL worse than last years? was the play calling much better last year with briles knowing that the OL would struggle? did the kiff not know or understand this and adjust his play calling?

FAU 5th .. drank the kool aid on FAU
MTSU 1st..
Marshall 2nd
ODU 6th.. huge step back
FIU 3rd
WKU 7th
Charlotte 4th better than expected.

WEST

North Texas 2nd but disappointing after beating ARK
USM 4th Away killed the season for USM.
UTSA 5th.. to much homervison.. thought would find a QB biggest miss

UAB 1st Thought would drop back to pack.. but was the class of CUSA W
LaTech 3rd disappointing finish to year
UTEP 6th won a game got it right but still really bad
Rice 7th long road back

Biggest miss was UTSA
Not sure anyone in the West outside of UAB is really happy with the season.
