So far it’s a pretty good schedule. Playing at the big schools will definitely help us improve. It’s way better than playing those small division 3 schools.

I like Nev/Tulsa/Gtown/Memphis a lot. But that is not a very attractive home schedule so far. Of course, that is nothing new.

Also have 2 games with UCA.

So that's UCA, UAPB, and Cal Baptist at home. We'll likely have a couple of DII's. I would guess we'd have a home game or two, on top of those, but I'm not sure.

I may be wrong, but I think we will only play one of either UAPB or Cal Baptist at home. The way I read this is that it's like a mini tourney at our place with us playing Howard the first day, and either the winner or loser of Cal Baptist/UAPB the second.

Which gives us the option of SWAC or a first-year D1 school.

I misspoke. I was told we are playing UAPB and Howard at home. Calling these deals "tournaments" is a joke. The are just a way for teams to get "extra" game that don't count against the limit of 28 regular season games (I think that is the right number, but I may be off by a game).

"Events" is much more appropriate than tournaments. Hopefully, in a few years we can be one of the "headlining" teams, rather than one of the also rans that fills out the field. I'd like to think we are closer to Tulsa, Nevada (not this year), and UMass, than to Howard, Cal Baptist, and UAPB.

Dec. 18 or 19. It will be determined once the 2018-19 NBA schedule is released.

Those are decent home games- 2 Southland and one MVC.

And now they are going to announce ANOTHER POWER 5 school tomorrow that will come to the Jack!

I found out what that power 5 school team is. It’s Kansas St on December 8th.

It’s a double header. The men play the first game and then the women play next.
