The indictments are so precise they suspect somebody on the inside has already flipped.

I'll read the article, but already have a good idea of who has flipped.

03-lmfao Six Big Takeaways from Bueller's indictment of Ruski intelligence officers?

Here's the only big takeaway I saw in the story but it wasn't one of the six.

Quote:The Justice Department, in a press release, noted that the indictment contained no allegation that any American “was a knowing participant in the alleged unlawful activity or knew they were communicating with Russian intelligence officers,”

Come on Mach. Did you read it?

Quote:Roger Stone appears particularly vulnerable. The fact that Stone was in communication with Guccifer 2.0 (and Wikileaks, though that’s not mentioned in the indictment) is old news. But the indictment alleges that Stone was at the relevant times “in regular contact with senior members of the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump.” That exposes the campaign itself–as an organization–to potential criminal liability as well as those unnamed senior members of the campaign.

Quote:The indictment is impressive in its detail and the specificity of its allegations. It shows that Mueller has developed extremely good evidence. Where is it coming from? Does he have an insider who has provided all of this information? We may never know.

Possibly.....potentially.......may.......if.......appears. That garbage has it all, except for any smidgen of collusion. The most tellingly thing about these indictments is the same thing with the other Russian indictments.....timing.

The indicted 6 Russians who will likely never stand trial on a Friday. If this were a big deal they would have done it earlier in the week.

That's why these took so long. Had to make sure no one was going to show up this time

Why is Rosenfetus indicting more Russians when they are unable to take their previous Russian indictments to trial?

RE: Six big takeaways from Mueller’s indictment.
The only takeaway from the indictment is that Mueller intends to never have to try or prove the case in court. He can allege whatever he wants, which is what an indictment is, just allegations. What a pitiful waste of money.

the one caveat is the focus by the msm has been on this......all the while #henceDJT continues to kick-ass economically behind the curtain......

it's actually been masterful by design......

the dippos have been completely exposed and GDP growth is where it belongs once again.....

Well that had a little 'oopsie' for them. DOJ *expected* no one to make an appearance, let alone make a plea, or let alone file for expedited review.

That happened with one defendant. Turns out another company defendant named actually didnt exist at the time.

DOJ has playing stall ball to keep discovery out of the hands of the little Russian company that could....

After fighting to keep them from making an appearance...

After fighting to keep them from making a plea of not guilty...

After fighting them trying to request an expedited trial.....

Maybe this time they are doing a little more diligence to make sure the ducks wont be able to fly (or even move) when they shoot.

You know when you combine *that* series of fkups with 'lets get Flynn by creating a testimony trap and never bothering to tell him the interview isnt part of a "introductory background for his job" ', one has to wonder if that Mueller Dream Team can actually hunt any deer that havent had their eardrums pre-popped and their two front legs surgically removed.

Where's that other trial stand today?

They are fighting about discovery. DOJ is stonewalling and trying to seal it all under protective order. Judge seems to actually think that giving the defendants the right to know what is being used against them is a good idea, though. Who wouldve thunk.....

Shhhhh. Hear that? A pop cork gun just went off...

Quote:3. Americans’ Liability: This indictment serves as a firm foundation for subsequent indictments for any Americans’ collusion with the Russians (i.e., conspiracy or complicity liability).
