Look, I am really glad to see Joe with a job. He was the only person on the staff I had any respect for. While it is true he will work hard, which is why I respect him, he learned to recruit from that Tub of crap, so while he tries hard, he is not very good at it. Now that he is finally out from under the Tub of entitlement, maybe he can learn to recruit well to go along with his hard work. That will be a very dangerous combination.
