Pass a new Voting Rights Act, including nationwide automatic voter registration, felon enfranchisement and an end to voter ID laws. Grant citizenship to millions of undocumented immigrants, creating a host of new Democratic-leaning voters: “Republicans have always feared that immigration would change the character of American society. Democrats should reward them with their very worst nightmare.”

Ohhh. We are taking notes. We see how you guys have suddenly fallen in line with loving executive powers. I’m thinking we split California up into states that mimic Wyoming or Montana’s population. Statehood for Puerto Rico is a given. We see how how dirty McConnel has benn and we will respond in like kind. 13 Supreme Court judges???? End the Senate filibuster. We see. We see.

They have gone so far left with their victimization of everyone, except for white males. In large measure they have to paint the USA as a horribly racist, bigoted country. When in reality no other country has assimilated all of these people from dang near every country on the planet, and post 65' primarily brown and black countries (Chinese notwithstanding).

Actually, I'd go in a slightly different direction. I'd raise the number to 11, with the proviso that each has to come from a different federal judicial circuit. I'd allow each party to appoint one to bring the number up, with the proviso that they much come from currently unrepresented circuits. And each vacancy going forward would have to be replaced from an unrepresented circuit, until all circuits are represented. At that point, each seat would effectively become the "1st Circuit Seat," "2nd Circuit Seat," and so on.

Quite frankly, given the decisions that I've seen come out of the Court, I think the intellectually incestuous and inbred backgrounds of the justices is a bigger problem than any left or right label. All current justices are either Roman Catholic or Jewish, all went to one of two law schools--Harvard (Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Roberts, Kagan, Gorsuch) and Yale (Thomas, Alito, Sotomayor)-- and all are either Washington insiders or came from a grand total of 5 circuits, mostly in the northeast--Solicitor General (Kagan), DC Circuit (Roberts, Ginsburg, Thomas), 1st (Breyer), 2nd (Sotomayor), 3rd (Alito) 9th (Kennedy), 10th (Gorsuch). Before them, Souter was 1st and Scalia was DC. Nobody from 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, or 11th. Stevens was the last from the 7th, Blackmun the last from the 8th, further back for anyone from any of the others.

Wait. They've been fighting fair? Wow, I'm glad he's around to tell us that. I thought that's why they're called the Evil Party. Imagine that, they want to be more evil. LOL

The stupidity of these people has no bounds.

Gorsuch goes to Episcopal Church but he is the first since Stevens who retired in 2010.

Or democrats could do something much simpler, split CA into 3 states, 2 dark blue and 1 leans red. The Senate would forever favor democrats
