Well, and having a variety of trainings and culinary skills/backgrounds is likely necessity for a joint like that, too.

You can be the best bar-b-que chef in the world, doesn’t mean you can whip up a duck confit or crime brûlée.

Or, you can do a duck confit and crime brûlée in your sleep, doesn’t mean you can do a thousand pound ice sculpture.

It’s 60 people, people. Geeeeeez

I don't think it's an issue either, but like everything it's all about optics.

Is there really no one in America with the culinary skills they are looking for?

BUY EUROS

That is common for restaurants/clubs etc. Called H-2B Visa. Restaurant operators, especially on the coasts do this during various parts of year. For a Florida Country Club more so non summer or snow bird season.

?? Restaurants operate on small margins. Anyway your link is not for Trump's club,

The Everglades Club, Inc. This place was founded in like 1919.
