OT: great documentary
Command and Control on Netflix

Documents not only the Titan 2 disaster in Arkansas in the 80s, but how the military covered up a 1000 more significant nuclear accidents. Was quite eye opening

They discuss that in this doc. It was completely armed and if not for a single safety switch it would have detonated. Who knows if this was over dramatic, but the former head of nuclear weapon design described that switch as simple as a light switch
