You’ve posted that one shop, likely in the backwoods of the bayou somewhere, before.

Got anything else?

How would that guy know if you are gay, anyway? Are you buying beer, bullets or bait? Or going in to pronounce your sexual proclivities in public?

Who does that?!?

First star: decides if laws are constitutional

The supreme court was interpreting a vague law. That's literally it's job.

Raise your hand if you claimed in this thread, "Here's the problem: why are conservatives getting butthurt about not being served when THEY are the ones who passed laws allowing business owners to not serve certain customers based on their beliefs? Y'all made your bed, now lie in it."

Nooooo, that’s not “conservatives”.

That’s ONE idiot with a dopey sign.

How do you know he’s not just a huge Bernie supporter that for some reason feels uneasy around people he thinks might be gay?

One person. One. That guy.

Stereotype much?

But that's exactly my point. According to y'all, people who discriminate against the LGBT should be protected while people who discriminate against Sarah Huckabee Sanders are in the wrong. It's a two way street.

This is a simple example of the liberal mindset and a perfect example of why their sense of reality is totally focked. Again they try to create a level playing field by completely distorting facts to align with the false narrative they create. It’s why they lose elections.

RE: Harrassment of conservatives
The left is the party of cognitive dissonance starved for affirmation in every aspect of life.

Ignore them- not good enough

Tell them you don't care- not good enough

Tolerate them- not good enough

Pass laws to accommodate them- still not good enough

No outside affirmation will ever be enough to satiate them. It has to come from within. Until they master this concept they will pester everyone endlessly.

When did the baker kick anyone out?

Did he refuse them any service under any condition? Or simply for a singular event that conflicts with his deeply held religious beliefs?

Was SHS asking for something out of the normal operations of this diner? Something unique, individual and demanding of the particular talents of the establishment?

Y’all done lost your f%^*ing minds. Over a soup and a sandwich...

Smart move.

Maybe if I type it slower.....

DO. YOU. HAVE. A. LINK. TO. A. LAW. THAT. "CONSERVATIVES". PASSED. ALLOWING. BUSINESS. OWNERS. TO. NOT. SERVE. CERTAIN. CUSTOMERS. BASED. ON. THEIR. BELIEFS.?

Not a memo on how 1/3 branches of the government should conduct it's business as it pertains to a situation......

Not a link to how a completely seperate 1/3 of the government interpreted a law based on a specific court case......

But a LAW, written by the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH of the government, that allows "business owners to not serve certain customers based on their beliefs"......

You're comparing this situation to some form of religious belief situation? 03-lmfao

Maybe it's against the restaurant owner's religion to serve conservative politicians. Who are you to tell them what they can and can't believe?

And who are you to assume their religious beliefs were discussed? Again, typical liberal bs. This is why you people keep losing elections. Keep it up. Please keep up the bs.

Typical conservative bs to get butthurt about laws and policies you created because they're used against you instead of you using them against other people

Who are the you in that comment? The courts decision was 7-2 so if you are talking which way they lean then it should be "we" as in left and right leaning justices views on our constitution.

Nooooo, again, this individual person was being sued to force him to use his unique talents for a singular event which he objected too on religious grounds. Did he refuse them service entirely? Did he summarily “kick them out”?

Are you being intentionally slow today?!?

And why they are, perhaps unintentionally, perhaps intentionally, doing more to damage and set back their “cause” than any amorphous “conservatives” ever could.

Mind boggling the continued self destruction of this “community”.

So, you got nothing and prefer just to stereotype entire groups of people too.

Got it. Carry on.

I personally, don't really have a problem with it. My belief is that any business should be able to serve who they want and deny anyone they want for any reason.

I respect a business owner's decision to not participate in something like a gay wedding, but the laws that protect it are very vague which leads to stores putting "No Gays Allowed" signs up on one side of the spectrum and also leads to prominent political figures being banned from other establishments on the other side.

It just seems like a bad business model to exclude entire groups of people from your customer base just because you don't agree with them. This whole thing has been stupid from the beginning of the cake incident to now.

Okay, so how is Sarah Sanders eating a meal at a public restaurant in any way like a business being forced by law to participate in a gay wedding?

Why should the restaurant be forced to serve someone against their moral beliefs? And no it wasn't a "public" restaurant. It's a private business just like the cake shop.

Thank you for demonstrating that the two situations are entirely different.

Let’s see....blacks vote 96% democrat.
I don’t like democrats. They like to support killing babies in the womb.
I own a restaurant.
I put up a sign: no democrats allowed!
Since most blacks vote democrat I’ll refuse blacks service.
Liberals will go berserk.

Liberal thinking is seriously flawed. In every aspect.
