If Charlotte feels they need to expand their stadium to accommodate a P5 every so often (and App St), then Charlotte should do it.

Point is 90% of "them" didn't fill theirs "10+ years back" (or before they built/expanded) either, but it didn't stop them from building.

Why are you arguing with yourself? He clearly said "then Charlotte should do it". What do you want people to say...hell yeah, lets do this ****!!!

BTW history is great for learning at others mistakes...attendance as in asses in seats is dropping. It clearly showed that in the 3 UNCC games I watched (parts of) ...half empty stadium. But hey go for that 30k or even 40k...those 8k to 12k will look even worse. But you will be able to talk to your friends about how that new 30 to 40k seats look...bigtime. Well until, game day.

BS. There were not 3 games with a "half empty" stadium. Attendance smack from a WKU fan. Maybe you should worry about your own attendance and how 6200 fans look in your 22,000 seat stadium......03-lmfao

I'm not talking smack on attendance...I'm telling you the truth. It's up to you if you stay in make believe land, or not. Because I dont believe any of the below 3 games touched 12k and 2 of them well, and I mean well, below half full

below is the 2nd game of last season....I was wrong, it looks like 2,000 fans, in a 28-25 game, if that.

UNCC vs Western Oct 13th stands look half-full

The producers really try hard NOT to show the UNCC stands...its really hard to catch a view over 6 to 8 rows high. But there's a few in the 2 videos.

The fordham game (1st game of the season) the producer shows the whole stands. There's a lot of empty spaces in that game.

EDIT FOR USM GAME

UNCC VS USM and again they barely get above 8 rows high...there's a very good reason for this. I will let you figure that out.

But if you go to the 2:20 mark of a game that went down to the wire...they scan the endzone and the visitors side....1/10 full

Doesn't matter what you believe. I was AT all of those games and none except ODU were even near 50% or less capacity. I will give you the ODU game however. I'm sorry I thought even a troll would understand that one, given that it was played on a Thursday afternoon, with less than 48 hours notice. Even that one had atleast 4 or 5000, not 2000. Additionally, the Fordham game had a 2-3 hour kickoff delay. The majority of people who came to the game never got inside. The gates were closed about 30 minutes before kickoff and not opened until hours later. Most of us left thinking the game wouldn't be played that night. My wife and I included. Also, Fyi...all of your pictures and video show the "visitors side" which always has fewer people compared to the other.

Let's all agree no one is an attendance king in this conference and move on.
