Yes... but the first two words only question the legitimacy of the complaint... not the time period or 'under whose administration' it happened.... and with your MAGA hashtag, your implication is transparent.

The fact that you have the balls to try and imply otherwise is truly impressive.... gotta give you that. Your new suggestion that Trump, in his first 18 months, should have personally or by edict done something about a facility that Obama ignored in his last 18 is awe-inspiring.

The fact is that doing illegal things carries consequences often beyond the actors themselves. Prisons should not be places people are 'not' afraid to go. The foster care system has similar allegations from time to time.... as do ordinary citizen parents, schools, churches, police, politicians. NO place is absolutely 'safe'. Every effort should be made to see that these people are treated as well as possible, but they are INTENTIONALLY putting themselves and their families in a very difficult situation.

Not remotely suggesting we should EVER intentionally make things bad... but maybe if they realized that the US isn't some sort of Utopia where bad things never happen, they might not be so willing to risk their lives in (often) EXTRAORDINARILY dangerous passage across the border, only to live in continually dangerous conditions. Let's not ignore the rape, murder and exploitation that occurs in these illegal immigrant communities after they arrive, often at the hands of and for the same reasons they left their homes. Only 'so much' can be done to help crimes done against you when you intentionally seek to avoid detection from those who would do so.
