I pass by this location daily. When I learn how to download and attach I will send photos (SOMETIMES). Right now they have cleared a small area where concrete pipes are laying a top and it appears to be window dressing, Several weeks ago surveyors were on site. (ask Attalla the process and procedures because I am not competent to say). It appears the surveying, grading, pipes on dirt is being done to comply with contractual agreements in mind, where preparation (dirt moved) prior too issuing the Bonds, which are being advertised even as I write this.

And they probably had to do core samples, remove old utilities and possibly site remediation before they can get a complete survey.

I suspect Bhate is out there doing cores to determine the density and depth for the drilled piers that will be required. I'm in South Alabama on a large $200M project and am not looking at it right now to see what is going on.

That makes me dizzy!
