Interesting. Plausible. 3-way trades are tough to pull off. Think Atlanta would want more to get off the #3 so the Mavs can get Luka.

I think most teams eye Luka the same: yeah, he's intriguing but the athleticism is a high question mark - therefore, other options to go to in this draft. I've read they like Trae Young, and if they can get their guy at a lower spot, pay him less money and unload Schroder, that'd be win.

Wait, Memphis dumps Parsons, still keeps 4, gets Schroder and Barnes, and only has to give up Jamychal Green …

Sign me up, but no there's no way the other teams would agree to that.

From Dallas perspective, to move up two spots, they are giving up Barnes, Powell, and taking on Parsons albatross contract.

From Atlanta perspective, they move down two spots, plus give up Schroder and get only JaMike and Dwight Powell (who play the same position, and also play the same position as John Collins).

Atlanta gets very little to move down, Dallas gives up a lot to move up 2 spots, and Memphis makes out like a bandit. I like it!
