Wasn't listed on their 2017-18 roster. Strange.

Would think with his record in HS and at LAVC he could have done better than assistant at Testicle Tech and Cardinal Stritch. Feels like something's missing.

Re UTEP they had a very unusual set of circumstances last year. Tim Floyd was their HC quit 8 games into the season. And did so abruptly. Hefferden may have been brought in to back fill as everyone else moved up a chair. Being already a 1/4 of the way through the season that may account for "missing in action".

As previously written, his success at Mather HS in Chicago is quite remarkable. Even if the Public League was down and I have no idea if it was those years. But Mather had and has no history to speak of in success in MBB. It might be on par if Pentwater HS had a run of elite 8 or final 4 in the state of Michigan.

Okay - where was he, what was he doing before being "brought in to back fill"?

Simply speculating. Don’t know.

By the way, I think Watervliet is coached by former Bronco Aaron Toothman.

Ben isn't ready for D1 coaching position. All due respect

Oh but David Kool was ready fresh outta college without 5 minutes of experience? That’s weird. Also, does this post mean it’s safe to assume Ben wasn’t even considered?
