At The Roost
There is a new website dedicated to covering Rice sports and it’d be a shame to have it disappear due to lack of support.

It’s called AtTheRoost.com ... It appears to be an A&M grad who started it actually but I think he’s done a nice job so far. Way better than the last couple hacks we had covering Rice on Rivals.

Great to see things like this. Media coverage of Rice has been on the rise in the past couple years with Coleman, Glynn and the Thresher. Glad to see this addition too; the more exposure there is, the more recruits hear Rice's name.

The Matthew Bartlett who created the Roost, appears to have also written for Fansided websites reporting on his alma mater and the Houston Astros.

Although his name is not uncommon, the photo of this Matthew Bartlett Aggie grad living in Houston looks similar to the one on AtTheRoost. If so, maybe some of you know him professionally. (This LinkedIn Matthew Bartlett is a Risk Analyst, and former Natural Gas Analyst, at ConocoPhillips.)

His twitter account is @_MBartlett_

RE: At The Roost
I went to High School with Matt. He is, indeed, the Aggie grad from ConocoPhillips. No idea what got him into writing about Rice, but the more coverage, the better.
