The one and done rule will change no earlier than 2021 (NBA)
According to ESPN a NBA memo was circulated indicating such. That puts the 2020 class in play for 1 year of college ball. Understand Memphis has a shot at the #1 player there also.

Expand the G-league so that every NBA team will have their own team and also have more rounds of the draft (3rd, 4th, 5th). Stash HS players there to develop until they are mature enough to make an NBA roster. Works well for other sports.
