UC's women's high jumper Loretta Blaut tied for 2nd and is first team All-American.

OT: This has nothing to do with UC, but since it's track related I thought I"d throw this in here in case some of you haven't seen/heard about this. It's worth checking out imo.

Yeah, I'd say 50m back at Turn 3 and 30 m back coming into the final straight in the anchor leg of the 4x400 is a little bit better than decent. HS has those more consistently because of the talent differential...all of those runners are full elite.
