RE: Favorite Moment in Your Alma Mater's Athletics History?
I truthfully believe that if our defense could have figured things out on that last series, this years Troy game would have been an all time favorite moment. We did literally nothing right all game, and somehow Hansen throws probably the best pass he's thrown in his life to give us the lead

Than Brandon Silvers put Troy on his back and we all left angry at Blake Anderson instead.

Top Moments

1. Ball State: We lost our QB in the last game of that season against WKU, and had to hand the game off to an untested Sophore in Fredi Knighten, whom no one honestly believed could throw a pass. Down 4 late, he proceeds to unleash a bunch of perfect passes before scoring the winning TD with less than a minute left. Then in typical AState fashion, one of our defenders commits a stupid late hit penalty to turn what would be a hail mary for Ball State to a medium length FG attempt (Video out there of John Thompson falling to his knees in agony when the flag is thrown. We block the FG, and the University Media managed to turn the entire bowl game into a commercial for prospective students, the end of the video includes Terry Mohajir running around the field like a crazy man seconds after the block.

2. Memphis Miracle: We hit a Hail Mary on the final play of the game to beat our only OOC rivals. Game was 12 years ago, but Video of the play has stood the test of time, to the point that most AState fans can actually quote Matt Stolz radio call (And our late color man going absolutely bonkers seconds later)

3. WKU/ULM Back to back in 2011. We hadn't won a conference road game in like 4 or 5 years pre that stretch. Look doomed to a loss when WKU converts a supposed first down with 2 minutes left. But replay review, in its first year in existence in the Sun Belt, overturns the call. WKU tries to go on 4th and 1, fails and we get the ball. Ryan Aplin cements his legend driving us down the field for the game winning score. Looked like we might lose to ULM too, struggled all game, threw a ton of picks, but Don Jones blocks a punt to give us a TD, Aplin leads a TD Drive next series, and ULM hasn't beaten us since.

Honorable Mention: Beating the ever loving crap out of a national ranked Troy in 2016 just a couple hours after the basketball team had beaten Georgetown. Its still referred to as the "Best Day Ever" by our Athletic Department. Second HM was the fabled ESPN screen grab of App fans streaming out of Kidd Brewer in droves in 2015. I believe we were double digit underdogs in both of those games if I remember correctly.
