Possible Obamacare court action

The latest Obamacare destruction push is to have it deemed unconstitutional as the tax portion has been repealed with the individual mandate now being at $0

Since Justice Robert's saved the individual mandate, and thus the law, by calling it a tax, is it still constitutional now that it is no longer a tax?

Republicans in the state of Arkansas saved a major portion of the law. It is working here. The exemptions for getting a job are that you are 50 years old and older or you have health issues that are long term which includes people with health and disabilities under 50 years of age. Everybody else have a work requirements.
