We need to hope Lomax doesn’t have to guard many 6’4” guards who are good at slashing and creating layups like Martin. I love Lomax. I been saying he is undervalued but that’s a bad matchup for him.

I agree that it will be interesting to see how Alex does against taller guards. Supposedly he’s a very good defender though. It’s not like he wouldn’t have faced bigger players in EYBL.

Lomax has been described as a guy who can defend 1-4. At east he was assigned to guard the oppositions best player. At the team USA tryouts he was described as a tenacious defender like his life depended on it.
